Business Agreement of 3 Companies, including Metabuild... Create AI Music Production Platform to Globalize

 

Three domestic artificial intelligence (AI) music companies will unite to start research and development (R&D) on AI music production platforms.

 

MetaBuild held a joint R&D agreement ceremony for the AI composition and singer music production metaverse platform at its new headquarters in Seoul on the 3rd and signed a platform development agreement with Creativemind and Chilloen.

 

Metabuild has developed an AI vocal system by learning 4,000 vocal data songs with various tones in men's and women's teens and 50s. With the multi-tonal vocal technology, the company is evolving vocal performance technology in various genres such as K-pop dance and ballad on its music cloud platform.

 

Chilloen is a music start-up founded by a graduate of Berkeley College of Music. It combines, produces, and creates AI and music. Using professional music theory and composition skills, it created, produced, and processed multi-tonal AI music to build learning data. Their virtual AI singer 'Vivizen' is currently working as a digital human on SNS.

 

Through this business agreement, they will cooperate in the development of a music production platform by converging AI composition and AI vocal technology.

 

Just as ordinary people make and share videos as much as experts through YouTube recently, they explain that the music sector will come to an era in which they can make their own music and songs with the help of AI without music expertise within the next five years.

 

The developing platform writes the melody that the user wants in real time by entering the lyrics, genre, atmosphere, and simple reference music. The accompaniment that matches the melody can be mixed by using a database such as various instruments and sound samples for the composed music. Music can be produced by synthesizing vocals suitable for the generated music.​
